Here’s how it works
You tell us your monthly volume and budget per client. We share a curated list of elevated, locally-sourced gifts (our preferred vendor partnerships keep costs down). You pick your gift. We design custom branded packaging and tissue paper that's uniquely yours. Each month, you send us a simple client sheet with card copy. We handle the rest: packaging, writing cards, tracking, delivery to your Portland-area clients.
After the initial setup, it's truly hands-off. The only time we talk is if you want to rotate seasonal gifts. We store everything. We track everything. We invoice at month-end.
Service Pricing
Curation fee per gift(the curation fee - separate from the cost of the gift items themselves, which are decided upon and quoted individually):
10-15 orders/month: $55*
16–30 orders/month: $50
31–50 orders/month: $45
The curation cost above is our fee for sourcing, styling, and coordinating delivery for each gift. Once your gift selections are finalized, delivery and any add-on costs below are applied on top.
Delivery:
Within 5 mile radius of downtown Portland: Free
Within 6–10 miles: $18 per gift
Beyond 10 miles: Standard shipping rates apply.
Upon box and tissue approval, we invoice for your custom inventory. Monthly invoicing follows thereafter.
Curated Gift Selection
We hand-select items from a prioritized list of our preferred vendor partnerships, keeping costs down and ensuring we are finding cost effciencies. The list is specifically built for volume, so whether you're sending 15 gifts or 50, pricing stays efficient and competitive. Some minimums can apply.
Custom Branded Packaging
Your unique gift box and tissue paper design reflects your brand's sophistication. Custom branded from concept to production (6–8 week lead time), with one free sample for approval. We handle all inventory storage and monthly restocking.
*10 gifts per month minimum to qualify for the lender program.
